Bellway Latimer Cherry Hinton LLP welcomes you to the project website for the residential development of Cherry Hinton North (also know as Land North of Cherry Hinton).

The site was granted outline planning permission for 1,200 homes, a local centre and two new schools in December 2020 and was jointly acquired earlier this year by Bellway and Latimer. You can read more about both organisations here.

This joint venture is now responsible for finalising the plans and delivering this residential led development. Once completed, this project will provide considerable benefit to the area.

Essential road improvements, resurfacing and associated development works will be carried out on part of Cherry Hinton Road between 03 April and 14 April 2023.

The work will take place from:

08:00 to 18:00 on weekdays

09:00 to 17:00 on Saturdays

10:00 to 16:00 on Sundays.

Traffic signals will be temporarily deployed to maintain through traffic on part of Cherry Hinton Road and Gazelle Way to the extent indicated by signs and barriers on site. Access will always be maintained for pedestrians throughout the works and businesses will be open as usual.
Formal notice of the works has been submitted to Cambridgeshire County Council and will be inspected by the local authority throughout.
