Bellway Latimer Cherry Hinton LLP welcomes you to the project website for the residential development of Springstead Village (formerly known as Land North of Cherry Hinton).
The site was granted outline planning permission for 1,200 homes, a local centre and two new schools in December 2020 and was jointly acquired earlier this year by Bellway and Latimer. You can read more about both organisations here.
This joint venture is now responsible for finalising the plans and delivering this residential led development. Once completed, this project will provide considerable benefit to the area.
